手機就是錢包 試辦即將上路

　台新金控旗下台新銀行宣布，將試辦包括「NFC手機信用卡Micro SD」、「NFC手機信用卡SIM卡(空中下載服務)」及「QR Code信用卡行動支付服務」3項行動支付業務。 

　中央社台北11日報導指出，台新銀支付金融處資深副總經理夏敏蘭認為，支付是日常生活中相當重要的一環，隨著科技日新月異與支付便利的需求，「手機就是錢包」的世代已經來臨。未來將持續開發、推展行動支付的新技術，讓民眾享受彈指間完成消費的優質支付平台服務。 

　台新銀「NFC手機信用卡SIM卡(空中下載服務)」即日起開放試辦，包括中華電信與台新銀行員工可優先體驗空中下載個人信用卡資料技術，為明年正式營運作準備；「NFC手機信用卡-Micro SD」則將再與行動 APP整合，提供消費者帳務查詢與優惠券折抵功能，預計明年推出正式服務。 

　未來民眾選擇「NFC(近場通訊)手機信用卡」方式消費時，只要將信用卡個人資訊放入Micro SD或SIM卡這兩種不同的安全元件中，開卡後即可在有設置感應式刷卡機的通路，進行單筆新台幣3000元以內的消費，目前全台約有超過2.5萬個據點可使用NFC手機信用卡消費。 

　此外，台新銀信用卡持卡人也可利用台新銀與中華電信合作的「QR Code信用卡行動支付服務」進行消費，民眾只需下載「QR扣」APP，經過實名認證並設定台新銀信用卡，在特約商店購物時開啟APP，掃描端點銷售系統(POS)或電腦螢幕上的QR Code後，確認交易日期、金額與相關細節，即可完成付款，相關機制預計10月上線，每支手機最多可設定 5張台新銀信用卡，單筆消費最高限額5萬元。

Nokia 不死！助平治研發自動駕駛汽車

雖然被 Microsoft 收購了手機業務，但 Nokia 並非馬上消失，因為 Nokia 還有其他業務，例如地圖服務 Here 還會繼續運作，而 Nokia Here 的其中一項工作，就是夥拍平治共同研發自動駕駛汽車。

雖然 Nokia 手機部門被 Microsoft 收購，但他們的地圖製作部門其實十分強大，足以跟 Google 在企業應用上較勁。在法蘭克福車展中，Nokia 發表了他們最新的 Here Auto Suite，一個包括地圖、導航、娛樂資訊的汽車系統，不但可以連接駕駛者的手機，更可以將資料和雲端系統互動，另外 Nokia 亦公佈了他們跟平治的合作計劃。

Nokia 將會與平治合作研發「Smart Maps」，終極目標是將汽車全自動化，達至無人駕駛。兩家公司已經開始在德國南部的 Benz Patent-Motorwagen 公路上，以精密的 3D 地圖，仔細記錄行車線數量和方向、路標指示牌和交通燈等資訊，進行自動汽車的研發。平治期望到了 2020 年，自動駕駛汽車可以推出並在路面行駛。

JAVA 6漏洞成駭客攻擊目標 植入勒贖軟體鎖定重要系統檔案 造成系統癱瘓

趨勢科技偵測到一個針對Java 6 CVE-2013-2463漏洞的攻擊碼JAVA_EXPLOIT.ABC，該攻擊碼已經被駭客納入Neutrino漏洞攻擊包內，一旦攻擊成功將會於裝置內植入勒贖軟體，鎖住系統檔案，以此威脅使用者支付贖金。由於Oracle方面已經不再支援 Java 6，趨勢科技提醒使用者除了盡快更新Java軟體外，亦可下載PC-cillin 2013協助偵測、阻擋該攻擊碼。 趨勢科技指出目前仍有超過50%的使用者仍使用Java 6 ，由於Oracle已經不再支援Java 6，在沒有修補程式的狀況下，有心人士可以針對使用Java 6的消費者和大型機構進行攻擊，由於該攻擊碼已經被納入Neutrino漏洞攻擊包，一但攻擊成功，駭客將可植入勒贖軟體，綁架重要系統檔案，若是大型組織遭受攻擊則可能造成組織作業癱瘓，可能需付出一定的金額方能換取系統正常運作，趨勢科技呼籲企業切莫等閒視之。 趨勢科技資深技術顧問簡勝財表示：「對於使用者來說，最好的辦法是升級到最新版本Java，以避免該漏洞遭其他攻擊利用。」趨勢科技PC-cillin 2013的瀏覽器漏洞防護功能已經能偵測並封鎖該漏洞攻擊碼，守護使用者裝置安全。
